Our state of the art production facility is equipped with all coating and lacquering solutions. Thanks to a fully automated process with very high reproducibility and stable quality, we are able to meet the highest quality standards. We apply metallic, high gloss, semi matt, gradient and protective coatings.

In-house expertise

We have our own sampling line, coloring lab and in-house tooling. Our technicians are experts in matching the requested color and aspect. They continuously develop CMR-free raw materials. On our sampling line, we also test new lacquers and technologies, meeting our innovative and qualitative objectives. We use 3D printing technology to develop our own tooling. This enables us to meet customer requirements quickly.

Quality

We decorate and deliver your product with the highest quality. In order to meet the requirements, Vacumetal has ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 certification. Vacumetal has a quality chart which is strictly followed, in accordance to the requirements of our clients. Our quality lab is fully equipped with all instruments to perform any kind of quality test. In order to secure the required quality, we perform tests on raw materials, tests during production, and tests after production. Only when everything is in accordance with the quality requirements, the production is released and shipped to the customer.
