You job role include:

• Production Line Management: keeping the production line running efficiently
• Team Coordination: leading and motivating the production line running efficiently
• Quality Control: monitoring the quality of our products to ensure they meet the highest standards
• Problem Solving: responding quickly and effectively to any disruptions to keep production uninterrupted
• Safety: ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to all safety regulations

Your skills:

• MBO diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership
• Pro-active attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
