Location: Oosterhout Noord-Brabant

We are looking for an experienced commercial professional with excellent command of the Dutch, French and English language, both spoken and written. You bring 10+ years of commercial experience, excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and strong affinity with our products and services.

Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis is essential for this role. If this describes you, then you may be the new International Account Manager we are looking for.

Your profile

You are a commercial professional with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and a natural talent for building trust with customers. You have a strong affinity with high-end products, packaging or technical manufacturing processes, and you enjoy representing a Dutch family-owned company in international markets.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • Fluent/native French, English and Dutch, both spoken and written, this is a must
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in an international role
  • A completed commercial education in the Netherlands
  • Affinity with Vacumetal’s products, technology or related industries
  • Willingness to travel abroad regularly
  • Strong commercial and analytical insight

Your role at Vacumetal

As International Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and expanding your customer portfolio and ensuring excellent service at every step. You advise customers on the best decoration solutions for their products and work closely with internal teams to realise projects with the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding customer portfolios (France-focused)
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing proactive support
  • Preparing, sending and following up quotations
  • Visiting customers regularly and managing long-term partnerships
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and collecting feedback
  • Preparing and adjusting annual sales budgets per customer
  • Facilitating customer audits and coordinating project progress
  • Monitoring pricing and adjusting where necessary
  • Representing Vacumetal at international fairs and events
  • Advising management on developments in the French market
  • Actively supporting Vacumetal’s sustainability guidelines (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)

You will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the sales, production and development teams.
