What will you do?
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the commercial backbone of our sales team. You’ll help turn quotations into real business success.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations in collaboration with the Sales team
- Coordinate the internal follow-up of new projects
- Keep the sales administration accurate and well-organized
- Maintain our website and LinkedIn page
- Support the preparation of business fairs, customer visits, and (internal) events
What do you bring?
- MBO 4 or HBO level of education (preferably in Sales or Account Management)
- Proven experience in commercial back office or sales support
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Skilled in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central)
- Strong communication skills, commercially driven and a hands-on mentality
