Your responsibilities:

• Operate production machines in line with instructions and quality standards
• Perform quality checks on produced components
• Identify and report process deviations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace
• Collaborate closely with the production team and technical department

What we expect:

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (07:00-15:00 ; 15:00-23:00 ; 23:00-07:00)
• Accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills
• Basic English, Dutch or Polish is a plus
• Experience in production or as a machine operator is an advantage

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the commercial and administrative hub of the sales team. You will ensure that quotes are not left unattended, customers feel heard, and the team can focus on growth.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing, processing, and following up on quotes
• Actively following up on outstanding quotes
• Proactively maintaining customer contact
• Order processing in the ERP system
• Monitoring deadlines and follow-up
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Liaising between customers, sales, and internal departments Keeping track of multiple ongoing campaigns
  

In short: you bring structure, pace, and commercial follow-up together.
You will work in a team of approximately five colleagues: Head of Sales, Account Managers, Sales Assistant, and Project Manager (CX).

You are commercially minded, enjoy a fast pace, and get energy from juggling multiple tasks.
