Your responsibilities:
Operate production machines in line with instructions and quality standards
Perform quality checks on produced components
Identify and report process deviations
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace
Collaborate closely with the production team and technical department
What we expect:
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (07:00-15:00 ; 15:00-23:00 ; 23:00-07:00)
Accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills
Basic English, Dutch or Polish is a plus
Experience in production or as a machine operator is an advantage

Your job role includes:
Production Line Management: keeping the production line running efficiently
Team Coordination: leading and motivating the production line running efficiently
Quality Control: monitoring the quality of our products to ensure they meet the highest standards
Problem Solving: responding quickly and effectively to any disruptions to keep production uninterrupted
Safety: ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to all safety regulations
Your skills:
MBO diploma or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Strong leadership
Pro-active attitude
Willingness to work in shifts
